Description: Prerequisite: MATH 673, MATH 674. Approximately half of the material on the Society of Actuaries/Casualty Actuarial Society examination 4, Actuarial Modeling. Topics include: statistical analysis of simulated data, statistical validation techniques, actuarial credibility, empirical estimation, loss distributions, and introduction to estimation of survival functions.
