Title: Ergonomic Techniques in the Workplace

Description: Prerequisite: IE 480 or IE 580. This course introduces the study and critical examination of currently used ergonomic assessment tools for the evaluation of work related injury risk to the spine, hands, wrists, and shoulder. Biological/biomechanical basis of each tool will be considered as well as the evidence for risk control and validity of tool.
